President

It’s my privilege and honor to take over the office of the president of Rotary Club of Dhaka Luminous. Rotary Club of Dhaka has got the Charter on 30th June in the Year 2015. The 2nd year is going on for this club.

First and foremost , On behalf of all our members in RCDLu I would like to thanks past President Rtn Kazi Saiful Hoque and His Board Members for the Excellent Job they Did in the Last Year to move our Club Forward. Your Hard work and diligence did not go unnoticed.

Thank you to all of our members who participated in many service projects in the last year. Our plan in this year to continue our Service project like Sleeping Kits distribution, Sanitation, Eid Festival Food and Clothes Distribution to the Orphanage and Blind People, Tree Plantation, Donation to flood affected people ,supplying Tubewell & Constructing toilet for unprivileged area etc.

We always give the priority to our family to encourage them in the Rotary activities. Our plan we will involve our family members in the service projects. We will arrange more family get together programme in this year.

Women are encouraged to work besides the men. We believe the equal right for men and women, as because we set in our plan that we will encourage women to be the member of our Club.

Fellowship is very important to any Rotary Club. We are constantly striving to find ways to enhance fellowship and when we can we find time to meet face to face. Improved fellowships top of our list of things to do.
